Welcome to Artesia! We have made it easier than ever to register for amenity access with one convenient online form.
All residents requesting access to Artesia's amenities must complete the registration process to receive their individual mobile access credentials.
How to Register
Step 1: Complete the Registration Form
- Submit an Amenity Access Registration Form for each individual requesting access credentials.
Step 2: Registration Review
- Once submitted, our team will review your registration and verify eligibility.
- Please allow up to **two (2) business days** for processing.
Step 3: Activate Your Mobile Credential
Once approved, you will receive an email from Open Cesamee with instructions to activate your mobile access credential.
Follow the instructions in the email to complete your setup and begin enjoying Artesia's amenities!
Eligibility & Access Requirements
- Homeowners: Must be listed on the property's Association account.
- Tenants: Must be listed on a current lease agreement and have authorization from the property owner.
- Minimum Age: Individuals must be at least 16 years old to receive a mobile access credential.
- Minors: Must be registered in person with a parent or legal guardian.
- Individual Access: Each authorized resident must have their own credential. Credentials cannot be shared or transferred.
