Confused about how to submit a design modification application? We're here to help! Before getting started, review the Residential Modification Guidelines to understand any design limitations and ensure your project is in compliance.
Be sure to submit well before you want to start your project! Applications need to be approved before the work begins for all changes to your home or landscaping. The management team and Board have a maximum of 60 days to review your application to make sure it aligns with modification guidelines before approving or denying it.
If you have questions at any point while working to complete the application, email ArtesiaTX@ccmcnet.com for assistance. If the application is incomplete, there are questions, or more information is required (photos, etc.), a team member will contact you.
Decisions are then communicated to homeowners via email within 60 days. If approved, you can move forward with the project.

All submittals require the following:
- Completed Modification Application
- Two sets of construction documents that reflect the appearance and
construction of the proposed Modifications/Improvements. - Drawings and diagrams demonstrating compliance with the applicable
Restrictions including, without limitation, the extent of the proposed
Modifications/Improvements, location on the lot (if applicable) drawn to scale
on an official copy of the title survey/plot plan, height, exterior equipment and
any other restricted feature. - Any additional information necessary to show compliance with the
Modification Guidelines, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
